Later she achieved the designations of GRI, CRS and Life Member of the Real Estates Million Dollar Association. She has been a member of the Baltimore Board of Realtors throughout her career.
Mary Lou’s real estate experience spans over 3 decades. Her sales range from a $1 home (during the early renaissance of Federal Hill) to multi-million dollar transactions. Many of Mary Lou’s customers have adult children and she is once again helping first time buyers. Her extensive experience in restoration and renovation combined with a practical understanding of building systems and spatial relationships provides an additional dimension to clients as she guides them through the buying and selling process.
During the 1980s when interest rates were as high as 18% Mary Lou learned patience, follow through and creativity in regard to financing issues. Although the recent economic downturn drastically changed mortgage options, Mary Lou continues to work with a network of lenders specific to buyers’ circumstances and is glad to refer customers to lending sources. She is ready to share her experience with buyers and sellers who would like to experience a smooth, enjoyable real estate transaction.
